All drawings started with line work using Procreate.
Base values added next, and then highlights and shadows.
3D models were made based on my digital paintings.
Options for different Rims and Wheels were painted on separate
layers so that they could be interchanged later.












This Buggy might be my favorite of all the car designs.























I went nuts on this beetle design, it was tons of fun but not very practical. For example, the engine for a VW Beetle is located in the back of the vehicle, not the front.
It would have been a nightmare as well for the 3D modelers.
This design is not completely original. The car's outline was sent to me by another artist who had traced a photograph. I painted all of the values and modified the shapes of the car's fenders, and added the hood-scoop- all while keeping my changes contained within the original outline.
